WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER ITS PLACED? 
-you have 24 hours after order is place to cancel or change items, changes or cancellations will not be made after 24 hours and your item will be considered fulfilled and shipped. 
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING-
- Depending on order volume, orders will be process the same day and estimate shipping may take 1-3 days depending on your location, but rest assured we will work hard to get your items delivered promptly to you. 
-At Twelve Ten Boutique we pride ourselves on providing quality items, each item is carefully inspected, never worn or tried on. However things happen and if there is any defects please let us know the same day your item was delivered so we can assist.  
- All orders that have been shipped have tracking numbers with a delivery date and time. If you have not received your package please contact USPS @ 800-ASK-USPS. Please keep in mind once orders have been shipped we are not responsible for any delays, lost or stolen packages, however we are here to help resolve any issues that we can. 
- Please make sure your billing and shipping address are the same, If you enter your billing and shipping address incorrectly your card wont process the payment .
-We do not ship on holidays 
- INTERNATIONAL
   - Please allow 7-14 days and customs processing times, or you can check your local customs website for more information.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- You are eligible for a full refund or exchange if your return your item within 7 days. Please assure items are in original condition, never worn or washed, unaltered  with all the tags still in place. Please include receipt, and invoice paperwork. If we detect the item have been worn will return and refuse to accept. 
-  Unfortunately swimwear, bodysuits, and final sale items will not be eligible for return.
PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and your tracking number for the returned item until you received your refund.
